Kylie’s writing expertise is based solely on writing about these issues. As a Gen X-er herself, she has established the professional and personal contacts that keep her in the frontline of developments in how women are relating in Australian society today.
Kylie’s Background
Kylie’s previous experience has been in writing and delivering training programs focusing on personal effectiveness for senior, corporate women. Kylie has written many courses and programs to assist women to make the most out of their lives through intelligent self awareness.
Through her own blossoming self awareness and development Kylie began to question that while greater satisfaction and reward was being achieved for women in their workplace, the same level of fulfilment was not always as evident in their personal lives.
Her research began to determine how the expectations of modern women have changed, why they are delaying marriage and what they really want from their intimate relationships now. Her first book, Impertinent Women was published in 2005.
Kylie now writes across all contemporary women’s issues in Australia, with particular focus on women in their own business. She is currently completing her debut novel.

Kylie’s writing is based on life around her, in the present moment. She is inspired and guided by the real women she meets in daily life through interviews and events, her blog and on-line forums. The information is gathered in a fresh and meaningful way that resonates with modern women’s lives.
