March:
‘Bullet Proof Your Business for Success!"
Have you ever been kept awake at night thinking about what can go wrong?
Crises of all kinds can happen to any business. Some you can prevent and others you can do little about. The thing to remember is that no matter how serious, you can always minimize the damage from any mishaps. All it takes is a little planning.
Small and medium businesses are most vulnerable to crises. Consider, what if the ‘worst’ did happen? How would it affect my business, my family, and my employees? Would we survive if the business were shut down for weeks, months, or perhaps the entire year?
The possibilities may not be pleasant to think about. But a proactive approach to managing potential disasters may help reduce the effects on your business, and lessen the time and resources necessary to resume normal operations.
Unsure what to do or where to start? Don’t be. Just a few simple activities with some easy to use tools and you will be ready to tackle anything that comes your way.
In this smart SME workshop, we will:
•Identify what can go wrong in your business giving you a greater understanding of your businesses risks and vulnerabilities;
•Discuss ways to prevent crises from happening;
•Tell you what you can do to maximise your preparedness;
•Help you to know what to do when disaster strikes and it all goes pear shaped;
•Identify ways to get you back on your feet fast; and
•Provide you with the tools, tips and resources to help your businesses survive a disaster or crisis.

Listen to what our ladies are saying….
"Kylie, what a wonderful service to offer the entrepreneurial women of Brisbane!! I feel so energised after last night!! It is refreshing to meet other women who are just as enthusiastic to grow their own businesses and help and support women around them. I would highly recommend these events to any woman, whether she is starting a business, growing a business or in a successful business – thank you again! " Stephanie Bressan, Principal, Stellar Strategies.
"Without fail, I come out every Brisbane Woman workshop and networking event feeling more focused, optimistic, connected, and ‘in the know’ than I did going into it. Kylie Welsh’s events are comprehensive and enlightening. The tools gained are instantly applicable in business and guests are left feeling empowered, rather than overwhelmed with ‘to-dos’. Thanks to the Brisbane Woman workshops, and networking, I am a business woman with a clear, active, and increasingly achievable purpose!" Sophee McPhee Editor - UP! Magazine
"In the beginning I thought "$50 is great value for money for a Brisbane networking and speaker event, I’ll give it a go". But they have been even better than expected. The other women there are so easy to talk to. Networking is actually enjoyable (who would’ve thought??) and the speakers always give great practical advice that I can apply to my business - and to my life." Megan Hills. Director, Wordmix.
"I have attended most of Kylie’s Brisbane Woman workshops and networking events and find them to be not only fun, but great for business too. The networking aspect of the workshops is great and I have picked up some great clients too. But what I really like about the workshops is that each one is set around a central theme to help educate and inspire attendees to better themselves both personally and professionally. I have gained a lot from these workshops and also value the opportunity to network with like-minded women from all over Brisbane and beyond. Anybody who wants to attend a workshop for women that is just a little bit different should really consider attending a Brisbane Woman workshop and networking event - you will be so glad you did! "Michelle Green, Director. www.globalwebmarketingservices.com
